Sales: We sell printer spare parts and consumables. Unless otherwise stated, all goods are manufacturer's original not compatibles.
Prices: All Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and are shown both exclusive and inclusive of VAT. Our VAT number is GB 500 4345 03
Delivery: Mainland UK delivery charges will be added at the checkout. Standard delivery charges are between £3.99 and £6.99 plus VAT. Orders placed online only show delivery costs to the UK (including Northern Ireland & Isle of Man if under 2kg). Delivery on orders over £100 exclusive of VAT is free and by DPD.
If orders are made from other countries, then relevant adjustments will be made to cover any extra carriage costs incurred. Please email if you require a quote for delivery costs to overseas
Payment: can be by credit card or bank transfer.
In stock items at our warehouse and ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. The website may sometimes state that an item is available. This does not necessarily mean it is in our warehouse. It may be coming from a manufacturer who has stock but there may be a slight delay in obtaining the part. The customer will be advised if an item is out of stock or is a problem item by email or phone call.

NB credit cards are not charged until we have the goods available.
Please inspect items before opening any sealed manufacturers packaging to ensure you have received the correct item as errors can be made in despatch.
Spare parts should only be fitted by a suitably qualified or competent person in accordance with any manufacturer’s instructions. Most warranties are manufacturer specific although the vast majority of items are 90 days from date of receipt.
Returns and Cancellations
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 gives private customers buying from distance or off premises sales the right to:
Cancel an order starting from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. You should get a refund within 14 days of us getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
Refunding the cost of delivery: You will be refunded the basic costs of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, you will not be refunded the extra cost.
You must pay for the cost of their return back to us and this should be by a tracked method. Please include a copy of the invoice and a reason for return.
There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced, as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. It is recommended that the goods are re boxed for transport.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. Any sealed packaging must remain sealed.

The manufacturers packaging must not be written on.
If a business buys goods in error, the goods can only be returned to the Company if fully re-saleable and at our discretion. There will be a re-stocking charge of 30% of the purchase price of the goods. In the event of such returns, the customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods.
If goods are faulty please contact us by email: email@example.com, or phone 01736 759222 to obtain a returns number before sending items back. This is because we receive many deliveries per day and will assist us in processing the return.
You will be advised how the goods are to be sent back.This may be by Royal Mail Tracked, Special Delivery or our own courier. We will refund reasonable postage costs.
Please enclose details of the defect/damage or discrepancy including print samples where applicable.
Enclose the original or a copy of the sales invoice.
Faulty products still within the manufacturer’s warranty period should, if possible, be returned in their original packaging.
